Step One: Initial Consultation
This is where your home-buying journey begins. During our first meeting, I’ll take the time to understand your personal home-buying goals, such as your ideal needs, preferences, timeline, and budget. Step Two: Mortgage Pre-Approval
Getting pre-approved for a mortgage is a crucial step in starting your home search. That way, you’ll know exactly what you can afford before you get out and start looking at homes. I’ll connect you with my trusted lenders, who can help you assess your financial situation, guide you through the entire pre-approval process, and ultimately provide you with a pre-approval letter. This step not only strengthens your buying position but, more importantly, helps you understand your budget much more clearly.
